I’m a licensed professional counselor (LPC) in Oklahoma and I have a Master’s degree in counseling psychology from Southern Nazarene University.
I’m an existential therapist. mostly. kinda.
Being existential is really like the foundation that I operate from, and it’s largely philosophical in nature. So talk therapy and processing. But- that doesn’t help us figure out what to do with ourselves, does it? Nope. So I love utilizing CBT/DBT framework and interventions. I also love incorporating what I know about neurobiology and nutrition- our minds, bodies, and emotions are interconnected and I think the best approaches understand that.
